Richard W. Morgner is a Managing Director of Miller Buckfire and Co-Head of the firm's Mergers and Acquisitions practice. Mr. Morgner has extensive experience in a wide array of advisory transactions including exclusive sales, mergers, management and leverage buyouts, distressed transactions, fairness opinions and special committee assignments representing clients such as: AAIPharma, The American Stock Exchange, Americas Software, Arlington Hospitality, BMC Industries, Country Road Communications, Color Spot Nurseries, Community Service Communications, CTM Group, Dames & Moore, Gemstar-TV Guide International, Magnatrax Corporation, Multilink Technology Corporation, NextHealth, Oxford Resources, NTL Incorporated, Regency Gas Services, The Money Store, Weblink Wireless, Wickes and Williams Energy Services.
Prior to Miller Buckfire, Mr. Morgner was a Managing Director and the head of the Mergers and Acquisition Group at Chanin Capital Partners. Prior to that, Mr. Morgner was a Managing Director and the Head of Mergers and Acquisitions Group at Prudential Securities. Mr. Morgner has been profiled in The Daily Deal as a "Face of the Middle Market" and appeared on CNBC's "Wake Up Call" and "Street Signs." Mr. Morgner serves on the Board of Directors of WPBT Channel 2 in Miami, Florida. Mr. Morgner received a Bachelor of Arts cum laude from Dartmouth College.
